What is your return policy?
We understand that online shopping can be difficult. It can be hard to find the perfect fit and color online. At OGGI 5, we want your shopping experience to be pleasant, so we offer free returns on all unopened products within 30 days of purchase. To return an item, please fill out our contact form with your order number. If you have any questions or concerns about returning a product or refunds, please reach out to us and we’ll be in touch soon!
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping costs are included in the final price you see when you check out. Shipping prices will vary based on your location. We currently ship everywhere in the United States, but do not ship internationally. If you have any more questions about our shipping policy give us a call, email, or feel out the contact form on our website.
How long will shipping take?
How long it takes for your apparel or accessories to ship is dependent on where you live or are shipping to. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. We will gladly assist you, so you can get your new clothes or jewelry as soon as possible.
What kind of apparel do you carry?
We are a French boutique that only carries the highest quality of French fashion. We carry the widest variety of French and Italian apparel that includes: dresses, blouses, pants, jackets, coats, sweaters, and vests. We also carry a variety of French accessories such as jewelry, scarves, and bags. To see our full collection of apparel and accessories, visit our shop. What size should I order?
We understand that our customers are all different shapes and sizes which can make online shopping difficult because you can’t try anything on! We proudly carry clothes from different high-end designers, but this can mean that sizing might vary from piece to piece. Many of our tops and jackets at our French boutique are one size fits all. For pants, we recommend ordering closest to your standard size. We also offer more sizing information in the description of each item, so don’t forget to check there. If you have any questions about sizing and a particular item email us or call us any day of the week!
What payment options do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa debit/credit card payments, and PayPal. We don't accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, or multiple forms of payment.
I need to change something on my order. How can I do that?
We understand that sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! We are constantly working to break our records for getting your order out as fast as possible, which means we pack and ship orders fast! Once we initially process your order (usually within 2-4 hours) we will be unable to change or cancel your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
Thank you for placing an order with us! As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list for future orders.
I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do?
There is a certain sadness and devastation that goes along with finding out that the perfect pants or sweater you had your heart set on are sold out. However, hope is not lost! We may be able to get them back in stock at OGGI 5. Send us an email and we can add you to a list and send you an email when/if an item is restocked.
How do I wash cashmere? What about polyester?
First, check the care label before laundering cashmere. To hand-wash cashmere, we recommend using a mild detergent or shampoo. Gently squeeze the water through the garment and rinse until the water runs clear. Make sure that you squeeze out the excess water. To dry cashmere, lay flat on a towel away from the sunlight and heat. For polyester, check the label first for special instructions. We recommend for polyester items to be machine-washed cold and dried on low. Always check the care label to see if air-drying is recommended. If you need to iron polyester, make sure you use a cool, neve hot, iron.
